For reasons I don't pretend to understand, I've just managed to change my picture.
Could it be that it's not enough just to delete the old one, but you also have to clear a cache somewhere ?

No, it appears in my profile, but not in messages. I got the idea I had to pay something to have a picture on every post ? If so, that's out of the question due to general poverty

Well i think 100 points equals a 50p as that is the exchange for clacks messages so with a 2000 points Sgt L could get a years 10 pound subscription which would entitle him to the membership extras i think tho it would be best to confirm that with Lee or Dewi. Tho its is my understanding that thudpoints have no offical exchange rate for real world currency's but the points for clacks offer has been mentioned elsewhere on the site and has a hidden bonus as well.

You could both be correct i orig thought to send a clacks was a pound and Lee had said that you could also send clacks for 100 thudpoints but when i checked the clacks area it says clacks is 50p so i assumed 100 points equals 50p tho it could be that Lee has reduced the price and i somehow missed the announcement.

ya cos i remeber it being 1pound for 100pts and what the hell does stirling mean? I thought it meant a type of silver

They did reduce the price! If you try to buy a Thudguild membership with Thudpoints it's still 1000pts but clacks's are 50 points each or 50p. It's not that the exchange rate has changed, just the prices of clacks's
